A bottle of whiskey, plus a new pack of hooks, equals a few new flies. I made the bomber in honor of a good bottle of Whiskey :) I prefer Gentleman Jack. The second fly has been tied up for opening day of trout season. Soon the music took over and I lost track of what I was doing and the fly tying ended earlier than expected :) I ended up creating a few new things using Adobe Illustrator. Hope you like the new creations.

ReplyDeleteThat first fly looks like a killer, I always like the hackle look. I could us a sip of Jack Daniels today to kind of warm me up here, it is 35 and getting colder tonight 20. 35 is bad cold in the deep south.

My time on the vise with an adult beverage usually involves me losing concentration and taking a good long nap after awhile hahaha.
